Tips

• From a Mexican cell: just dial 911 — no prefix needed. From foreign SIM, dial +52 + number if WhatsApp.
• WhatsApp Tourist Police is often fastest in the Center/Roma/Condesa — they answer in English and can send a unit with GPS.
• Locatel can locate hospitals and also help if you are separated from your group — have your meeting point written down.
